A recently built residence of 4 luxury apartments and one penthouse overlooking the beautiful sandy beach and turquoise lagoon of Cap Malheureux, on the North coast of the island. The two ground floor and two first floor apartments offer a high level of comfort and its covered terraces offer stunning views over the turquoise lagoon with the small outer island of Coin de Mire as backdrop. The complex boasts a shared swimming pool with a large wooden decking area, a bar pool, parasols and loungers. These apartments are located in the exclusive and quiet area of Cap Malheureux while being only five minute away from the bustling resort of Grand Bay with its array of small restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, banks and chic boutiques of Sunset Boulevard. 90 minutes from the airport.

Interior
The interior decoration is in contemporary style, using various tones of beige to maximum effect. The lounge is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, wicker armchair, coffee table, side table and lamp, contemporary TV/Hi-Fi console and ceiling fan. A door, through a large glass panel, opens on to the covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for 6, a sitting area with sofas and armchairs, raffia blinds to protect from the sun and breathtaking views over the sea.
All bedrooms boast air con, ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobes, modern TV console, LCD TV, reading table and armchair.
Bedroom 1 (master): King-size bed, en suite bathroom with bath tub, wash basin and large shower cubicle. Separate WC.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, en suite shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin ad WC.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Well equipped American kitchen.

Swimming pool with sea view: Shared with 4 apartments. Diving is not authorized. Being un-fenced, it is imperative that children are supervised by an adult.
